A veteran public-sector communications professional, Liselle has more than 15 years of experience developing effective, award-winning strategic communications programs and projects for numerous public agencies throughout California. Her specialties include strategic planning, media relations, multi-cultural and community relations and engagement, special events, content creation and digital communications.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, she uses this skill set to conduct diverse outreach campaigns for several high-profile outreach projects for water agencies as well as national campaigns for the Centers for Disease Control and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Liselle has served on numerous boards and committees at a state and regional level, including the board for the California Water Awareness Campaign, the publicity chair for the City of Murrieta Fire Auxiliary and on the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California's Education Committee. Currently, she serves on the Public Relations Society of America Inland-Empire Chapter as the assembly delegate.
She is the founder and CEO of DeGrave Communications, a full-service communications firm focusing on public-sector clients and partners with RMG Communications to deliver exceptional communications and outreach strategies and results to our clients.
Liselle graduated from San Diego State University with Bachelors in Communications Studies: emphasis in public relations, minor in Spanish. She also has her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR).
